Terms of Service

1. Scope of Service

Pithos Intel provides verified commercial executive contact data, underwriting signals, deliverability statuses, and technical infrastructure segmentations designed to optimize outbound B2B marketing and commercial insurance prospecting workflows.

2. Access, Licensing, and Payments

• Free Trial: New accounts are entitled to a one-time allocation of 200 credits to test data accuracy and suitability for cold outreach workflows.
• Credit Subscriptions and Packages: Additional credits can be purchased at standard rates (such as $39.99 USD for 5,000 credits). Purchases represent pay-as-you-go credit additions that remain active until fully exhausted.
• Merchant of Record: All payment processing, invoicing, tax collection, and transaction handling are managed by Whop, our authorized Merchant of Record.
• Refund Policy: Due to the immediate digital delivery of query credit allocations, purchases are non-refundable once credits have been issued or partially consumed, except where required by applicable law or in cases of verified system delivery failure.
• Authorized Interfaces: Our API services may only be accessed via the official Pithos Intel Google Sheets™ extension or third-party environments explicitly approved by Pithos Intel.

3. Custom Data Requests

Standard lead batches are allocated dynamically from our database. For specialized dataset requirements—such as custom SEG filter exclusions, direct phone verifications, or premium custom enterprise queries—users may request tailored arrangements by emailing admin@pithos-intel.com.

4. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms or update our service architecture as necessary to maintain platform security, data accuracy, and system performance.

5. Strict No-Recovery Policy & Contact Information

Under our strict Zero-Knowledge architecture, API keys are stored solely as single-way SHA-256 cryptographic hashes and are returned in plain text to the user once upon initial activation. Plain-text keys are never stored within our database infrastructure and cannot be decrypted, retrieved, or re-issued.

API keys are automatically bound to your active Google Account via Google Apps Script local UserProperties. Manual tampering with, modification of, or deletion of script properties will result in irreversible loss of access. We do not offer API key recovery, key transfers, or credit reinstatements for lost credentials under any circumstances.
